There's a one way to print the so-called Invoice for Apple Developer Program (ADP) enrollment purchases. Login your id at https://www.apple.com On the Top Right Corner, you will see an ICON like a SHOPPING BAG. Click the icon and choose ORDER. There you will see the purchase you've made. For the ADP you will see as Enrollment Complete. Click on the desired option, and you can see the PAYMENT SUMMARY at the bottom page. Hope the above helps.

I don't think Apple will provide the invoice. The status for the Apple Developer Program (ADP) could be found in the ADP website https://developer.apple.com/account Maybe due to taxes or something. The only way to get the invoice is by creating it on your own and put necessary details inside, print in PDF and submit to yourself or account dept. That will solve your problem. or if you have a connection with an existing reseller, you can also request them to issue the invoice, but it may cause some cost because of tax (i just assume and it depends on the country i guess).
