It seems to be on Apple's side. After upgrading to eas-cli v7.4.0, released on Sun, 2024-03-10 at 03:00 UTC (20 minutes ago), I tried again and got this new error. When visiting the site, I get 'Service not available because of maintenance activities, please try again after some time.'
