Title: TestFlight blocked for entire account — ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING after membership renewal
Hi,
I am completely blocked from using TestFlight. Submitting a build for External Beta Review fails in App Store Connect with a generic "There was an error processing your request" message. The network response is a 422:
{
"errors" : [ {
"id" : "062beb3e-73f1-49ba-86e6-28966b18b8d3",
"status" : "422",
"code" : "ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING",
"title" : "Beta contract is missing for the app.",
"detail" : "Beta Contract is missing."
} ]
}
App: KTFAgro (Apple ID 6753082661)
Build: 1.0.0 (16), uploaded successfully and in "Ready to Submit" state
What I have already verified:
Individual account, I am the Account Holder
Account is almost one year old and was renewed on September 8, 2026 (it was due September 26)
Apple Developer Program License Agreement: issued August 18, 2026, accepted September 8, 2026 — no pending review banner in developer.apple.com/account
Apple Developer Agreement: accepted March 11, 2025
Free Apps Agreement: Active, effective 08/09/2026 – 25/09/2027, all countries
Paid Apps Agreement: Active, effective 18/05/2026 – 25/09/2027, all countries
Bank account: Active (BRL)
Tax forms: Brazil tax form, U.S. Certificate of Foreign Status and W-8BEN, all Active
Signed out and back in, retried over several hours, no change
Everything shows as Active on my side, so this looks like the Beta Contract entity was not re-provisioned when the agreements were regenerated at renewal. Other threads describe the same pattern and were resolved by an Apple engineer re-provisioning it manually (for example threads 814565, 815885 and 821498).
This is affecting my clients, who currently have no access to the app. Could an Apple engineer please check the account and re-provision the Beta Contract?

Thank you.
