I’m facing the same issue several developers have reported here. I’m a non-US individual and sole owner of a US single-member LLC treated as a disregarded entity. App Store Connect only offers Form W-9, with no W-8 questionnaire or option — including through Business → Agreements → Tax Forms → (+). I cannot truthfully submit the W-9 because it requires certification that the beneficial owner is a US person. I opened an Apple Finance case 10 days ago and have only received the automated acknowledgment. I followed up again requesting escalation to the Tax team. This is now blocking our Paid Apps Agreement and In-App Purchases for an upcoming launch. Has anyone actually resolved this and had Apple enable the correct W-8 workflow? If so, what was the process or escalation path?
