Same experience for me. Using one and the same archive may fail (Error Analyzing App Version) or succeed. When it succeeded the upload later failed due to server overload. So I'll just wait a while and then try again.

Restarting my Mac also solved this issue for me. Using Xcode 13.2.1. Had just updated to macOS 12.1.
