Stuck in Apple Developer Support Loop for Over a Month – Developer Support Keeps Redirecting Me to Apple Support
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am posting here because I have exhausted the official support channels and I am now stuck in a support loop with no clear path to resolution. My Apple Developer Program enrollment issue has been ongoing since August 12, 2026. My $99 membership payment was successfully processed, I received an official Apple invoice, and Developer Support initially confirmed in writing that my membership was “successfully purchased and activated” with the status “Processed.” Shortly afterward, however, I was informed that my enrollment could not be completed. Since then, I have opened multiple Developer Support cases and sent multiple follow-ups. Developer Support subsequently marked my issue as: “It looks like this issue is related to your Apple Account.” and directed me to getsupport.apple.com. I followed that instruction. I contacted Apple Support directly, completed Apple Account verification, and received an Apple Support case documenting that interaction. Apple Support then advised me that the Apple Developer Program enrollment issue is outside their scope and must be handled by Apple Developer Support. I returned to Developer Support and opened an escalation case. Now that latest Developer Support case has also been redirected back to Apple Support with exactly the same message: “It looks like this issue is related to your Apple Account.” So I am currently stuck in this loop: Developer Support → Apple Support → Apple Account verified → Apple Support refers me back to Developer Support → Developer Support redirects me to Apple Support again. I completely understand that account-specific matters cannot be reviewed publicly on the forums, and I am not asking anyone here to review or activate my account. I am asking a different question: What is the official escalation path when Developer Support repeatedly redirects a case to Apple Support, while Apple Support confirms that the issue must be handled by Developer Support? If there is a specific Apple Account issue, I simply need Developer Support to tell me what that issue is and what Apple Support needs to do, rather than redirecting me without any actionable information. This has now been unresolved for approximately one month, despite payment, multiple support cases, follow-ups, and completion of Apple Account verification. Is there a way to request an internal escalation, Senior Advisor review, Enrollment/Membership specialist, or Developer Support callback for this type of situation? Any guidance on the correct official escalation path would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrollment Cannot Be Completed – Multiple Support Cases, Payment Processed & Apple Account Verified
Hello, I’m looking for guidance regarding an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue that has remained unresolved despite multiple contacts with Apple Support. I enrolled as an Individual and successfully paid the $99 Apple Developer Program membership fee. The payment was charged and I received an official Apple invoice. Initially, Apple Developer Support informed me that my membership had been successfully purchased and activated and showed the membership status as Processed. Shortly afterward, however, I received another message stating: “For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn’t be completed.” I contacted Developer Support under: Case 20000136025222 Developer Support subsequently indicated that the issue appeared to be related to my Apple Account and directed me to Apple Support. I contacted Apple Support directly and successfully completed Apple Account verification. The Apple Support advisor could not identify why Developer Support had redirected the enrollment issue to them. I then attempted enrollment again through the official Developer website. Immediately after selecting Individual / Sole Proprietor and clicking Continue, I receive: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” No request for identity documents or additional verification is presented. I also have another Developer Support case: Case 20000142610492 At this point, I would appreciate guidance from Apple Developer Support on whether my enrollment requires a manual identity/compliance review or additional Developer identity verification. I am fully prepared to provide my passport, government-issued identification, payment invoice, or any other required documentation through Apple’s secure verification process. Could Apple Developer Support please review or escalate these cases to the appropriate Enrollment/Membership team or Senior Advisor and advise what specific verification or action is required from my side? Thank you.

URGENT: Apple Developer Enrollment Unresolved for Weeks – Support Cases Still Without Resolution
Hello Apple Developer Community, I urgently need assistance or guidance regarding an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue that has remained unresolved for several weeks. I successfully completed the enrollment process as an Individual, paid the $99 membership fee, the payment was charged, and I received an official Apple invoice. I initially received confirmation from Apple Developer Support that my membership had been successfully purchased and activated. However, I later received a message stating: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” Since then, I have followed every instruction provided by Apple. Developer Support initially handled my case under 20000136025222 and later indicated that the issue appeared to be related to my Apple Account, directing me to Apple Support. I contacted Apple Support directly and successfully completed Apple Account verification. The Apple Support advisor could not identify why the enrollment issue had been redirected to them. Despite this, my enrollment still immediately returns: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” I also opened case 20000142610492 and have sent multiple follow-ups, but I still have not received a clear explanation or resolution. I am fully prepared to provide my passport, government-issued ID, payment documentation, or complete any additional Developer identity/compliance verification required. This has now become urgent, as the prolonged delay is significantly affecting my development work and business operations. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Apple Developer Support could help escalate these existing cases to the appropriate Enrollment/Membership team or Senior Advisor for manual review, or advise me on an alternative official escalation channel. Cases: 20000136025222 20000142610492 Thank you for any guidance or assistance.
