I'm seeing the same thing for a few recent Xcode releases. Happens when calling MTRegisterProfessionalVideoWorkflowFormatReaders(); inside AppDelegate init. Filed as FB12137794

It seems overkill but I think I'm just going to call receipt refresh on every single successful transaction, since this does always work to bring the just purchased transaction into the receipt.
