I wanted to add a little more context because this account and the apps behind it have been a major part of our business for a long time. LakeMonster has been on the App Store for over 8 years. We have spent years building it, releasing updates, supporting users, and growing LakeMonster.com, which now receives millions of visits each year. This is a real, established product with real users who rely on it, which is why being in this position for almost 30 days without any update on our appeal has been so difficult. I completely understand that Apple has processes it needs to follow. I am just hoping someone from the Apple team sees this and can help make sure our appeal has reached the right people and is actually being reviewed.
