This is a bug. Check under Users and Access if there is any user with the same name as the user you are logged in when pushing to AppStore that has lower Access Rights (Marketing, Customer Support.....). Delete the user, or make him an Admin and try again.

Put a print before the ModelContainer init. And see if ModelContainer gets initialized more then once.. If so prevent multiple inits. Should solve the issue.
