The -authenticationKeyPath, etc. flags were added a few years ago to support Cloud Distribution signing certificates, but that was called out and somewhat documented in the release notes for Xcode 13, whereas the release notes for Xcode 15 beta just say that it's possible to automatically upload but don't give any details on how to do that.
