CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???? THIS IS HIGHLY URGENT!

It has now been a week without any word or update. I really need help here - why am I being ignored?

I have already submit a ticket - it has been 6 days since I submit the ticket and have received no response. It says I am supposed to receive a response within 2 business days. This is highly urgent, and feel like I am being ignored. How can this be pushed through so I can actually get an answer?
