Same here. Trying to release a new version of our app, when we select the new version and we add it for review in the next step is showing the previous version that it's currently in production.

I'm having this issue in Xcode 12.3 (12C33). Any ideas what is causing this issue? if you keep hitting try again sometimes randomly works once and then keep failing
