Similar issue when I hit "Renew membership" button now. Doesn't work because of to many redirects of the webpage. Solution: When this happen there might be wrong data in you Apple ID - I just removed my credit card and entered Paypal as a payment method. Then renewal button showed me a page where I had to enter a Credit card for this one-time purchase . This worked!

On other sites the developers mentioned you can update the fields only when you submit a new binary . The fields are editable when the state is "Prepare for submission" The wording in the email isn't so good Please provide responses to the updated age rating questions for each of your apps by January 31, 2026, to avoid an interruption when submitting your app updates in App Store Connect.

Unsure if that email yesterday with "Hello, " was legit I have updated most of my apps because of this weeks ago but other sources say you just need to make a new version, then edit the fields, and save.

Create a new version without submitting a binary. Then you can reply to the age ratings questions - hit save.

With iOS 26.2 it's fixed. "Not now" button is clickable
