I'm with you, same frustration. Got rejected with "Guideline 2.1: App Completeness". Provided what was required, then 9 days of silence. Gave up on waiting, resubmitted, got rejected for the same reason. Provided details again and resubmitted. And now it's been 3 days of silence and I suspect it's not going to be resolved soon. I looked up analytics. It used to be real devices used for reviewing, now I see iPhone99,11 model showing up in Amplitude. I suspect review process is heavily automated now and it might introduce new hurdles. Fun fact: shortly after resubmission I did see the reviewer/bot launching the app and interacting with it, but it never switched from "Waiting for Review" to "In Review".
