The macOS version was approved the same day. I requested an expedited review on 21 and 22 Oct, and sent a status query on 26 Oct, with no reply to any of them. App Review raised a pricing query on 28 Oct. I corrected the price the same day and resubmitted, and the status has not changed since. Agreements, tax and banking are all active.
