The build was still in waiting for review status & my app was removed from sale from the App Store. Without any warning and reason?

This usually happens when expedited review requests are submitted repeatedly. Apple may stop prioritizing or ignore such requests if they are overused. It’s best to use expedited reviews only for critical bug fixes, urgent crash issues, or other time-sensitive problems.
