The whole review process has been really poor for us too. We submitted and got an answer a day later saying we needed to upload a demo. Fine, but that should have been mandatory on the form from the start. We resubmitted the same day. Fast forward 9 days of "Waiting for Review" and 30+ minutes on hold trying to contact support, we finally get a review back. A setting needs changing. Fast forward another 6 days in "Waiting for Review" again, and we've not heard anything. So it's been over two weeks and who knows how long it will be, even from here? Please get on top of this Apple.
