Our team is hitting this issue as well, and these popups are seemingly infinite. Our testers have mentioned they're getting hit with dozens of these popups erroneously; the app is fine and installable. I've filed this as FB17115903

For me, this ended up being calling into UIImpactFeedbackGenerator too frequently. I think it's benign, it's just a message from the OS stating it can't satisfy your request for haptics at the frequency you are requesting.
