Created new release V1.03, edited just Age rating info and saved. Now have distribution version and v1.03 at Prepare for submission. Don't have Age rating update banner but seems a bit weird to have Distribution and Prepare for Distro versions.. Age Rating also still has Edit active instead of view.. Will check back later to see if data clearing issue.

Just posted about same issue a few seconds ago before I found your post. Did not know you could change that setting.. I will follow-up on that suggestion.
