Yeah man, same here. External TestFlight totally dead – same BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING 422 on every submit. All agreements active, everything green, only the final submit fails. Dug through the network calls: every request 200 except that beta review submission, so it's 100% Apple's backend, nothing we can fix. Filed case 102945624508 but not holding my breath. @DTS Engineer how is a mass outage getting zero attention? A bunch of us are dead in the water.
