I completely understand how stressful it is.
My situation is actually even a bit worse. My very first iOS app submission was never even published on the App Store — it was just in the review process, and while I was trying to understand and resolve the issue Apple flagged, I received a pending account termination notice. It felt incredibly harsh, especially since I hadn’t had a chance to learn from the feedback or update anything yet.
I submitted an appeal immediately after reviewing everything and explaining the misunderstanding, but like you, I’ve heard nothing back for weeks. I’ve been checking my email constantly, holding onto hope that someone will respond before it’s too late. It’s tough when the only explanation seems to be “high review volume,” especially when this could mean the loss of a developer account that we’ve only just started with.
