Hello, I noticed the webhook event BUILD_BETA_DETAIL_EXTERNAL_BUILD_STATE_UPDATED does not fire when a build is submitted for external beta review. It is only fired when the review completes. It would be great if we can get notified when an external beta review has started, similar to how we do get notified when a review gets started for the App Store build.
