I'm also experiencing a longer than expected delay for app review. My app was submitted August 1st, and haven't heard anything as of August 10th. Review status still shows: "Waiting for Review" As I'm a new developer, I just wish communication from Apple about review expectations was a little clearer. I feel a bit better know a lot of other folks also seem to be experiencing an app review time that is much longer than 48 hours. It's easy to get anxious that I've made a mistake somewhere. A simple "we've got your app, we're working to get to it as soon as we can" once someone has gone far outside the 48 hour guideline would go a long way. ;-) Fingers crossed, and good luck to everyone!
