I recently had my app reviewed and faced a few rejections. After fixing the issues and resubmitting, I found a great way to speed up the review process. Instead of opening a standard query for 'App Review Status' (which usually takes a long time), make a new request and select Expedited App Review Request. Doing this got my app reviewed on the very same day! If your app is stuck, definitely try this option it worked perfectly for me.
