our new developer told us that since our app was developed using xcode 15 it won't compile anymore in xcode 16 and that we need to rebuild the entire app since apple will remove xcode 15. I'm just here to know if this is correct since I find it difficult to understand why apple would want to make your app obsolete and force you to re-create it because of an update

We recently hired a new outsourced developer. The problem is he had his developer account "killed/died" numerous times already. So I had to invite his "new" developer account every time. This had happened 4 times already. So it's starting to be suspicious as to why his account keeps dying and why it is dying. I always remove his old account as well when adding a new one. Can anyone enlighten me as to what would cause your developer account to be killed? and if this behaviour is suspicious. He has the app manager role as we need him to be able to upload test flights etc. thank you

We recently hired a freelancer to work on an app. We gave him the "App Manager" role but he's asking for the admin role to be able to upload a test flight? The app manager role already showed the ability to upload test flights in the list of privileges for it. He sent an image with the following errors: No profiles for "com.xxx.test" were found. xcode couldn't find any ios app development provisioning profiles matching "com.xxx.test" Cannot create a ios app development provisioning profile for "com.xxx.test". personal development teams, including "Dev Name", do not support the Apple Pay and Push notifications capabilities.

I'm following this guide: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/walletpasses/distributing_and_updating_a_pass#3793284 I'm able to create the bundle.pkpasses but when it's downloaded wallet doesn't recognise it. Is there a limit to the OS version for this to work? I'm trying it out on a iOS v12
