For xcode development, is the new macbook pro m1 pro 16gb good ? Or do I need 32 gb?

So, I need to know if the 16gb is enough for xcode development. Or I have to choose the 32gb? What I execute/open when I develop: xcode vsc ios simulator android emulator a few window of terminal one chrome window with so many tabs notes figma Thanks.

I am developer and I have the choice between "MacBook Pro M1 8core 32GB" and "MacBook Pro M1 10core 16GB". But I don't know which one to choose ?

Apple Store Connect: is there a day when submissions are not reviewed?

Hello, I wanted to know if there was a day when submissions are not reviewed? Because I submitted my application on Monday evening, and today (wednesday, I live in France) my application is still in "waiting for review" phase... Thank you !
