I'm a new Apple Developer having a similar experience.
I first submitted my app on September 28. It was rejected 48 hours later, on September 30, because Apple needed additional information, which I provided. After waiting weeks, I read that updating the version and resubmitting might help, but unfortunately, it didn't.
I last submitted my 2 apps on October 12 and October 15, making sure to provide all the necessary information based on my previous experience. Both are now stuck in review. I requested an expedited review about 48 hours ago and contacted support, but I've received no response.
We pay an annual developer membership fee, yet almost a month has passed without getting a single app published or receiving any meaningful communication.
Meanwhile, my backend infrastructure is running, costing me money, and I've already lost an important client because of these delays.
For those who've experienced similar delays, how long did you actually wait? Considering, my very first submission was on September 30, and my other app submission was initially on October 12, and none are getting communication, I'm assuming the wait time is 2-3 months? At which point, we would have lost about a quarter of the developer fee?
At this point, nothing I've tried has helped. Does anyone have suggestions who had been waiting for weeks? Is there anything else we can realistically do besides waiting indefinitely?
