You can't use logos of FIFA or teams and you can't use team names. For example, Seattle Sounders FC (an American MLS team) would need to be just "Seattle" in your app. You could then use the color scheme of that team for the font/background. Anything that has copyright, trademark, registered marks, or service marks is owned by someone and you need to get their permission. In America we have some copyright law called "fair use" for certain works that you can use without permission, but it's vague and requires lawyers to properly interpret what you can and cannot use.

You can't. Currently developers have no way to cancel active subscriptions. What you can do is remove your subscription from App Store Connect. That way when it tries to auto renew, it wont work. But this will affect all of your other users as well. Not sure how many subscribers you have or are willing to risk....

The app is a dating app That's your problem right there. Apple isn't accepting anymore dating apps (they announced that almost four years ago, March 4, 2020), unless it's something that is VERY unique. I'm surprised you put so much time into an app that is so risky to get approved.
