me too.. And since we have Safari extension, we even can't delete the app! So it takes the name, and it seems the only option is to choose another name of the app and submit it from scratch.

Does not help on Intel-based Macs.. It downloads (but stuff for ARM CPUs) but iOS 26 does not appear in the list of Simulators, for example.
