Builds 1.0 (2) and 1.0 (4) are VALID, not expired, READY_FOR_BETA_SUBMISSION. Every external Beta App Review submission (web, iOS app and POST /iris/v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions) returns 422 ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING since October 2, 2026. A new build uploaded on October 14 fails the same way. Free Apps Agreement Active, license agreement accepted, no pending agreements, DSA set, Test Information complete.
