I believe most of us are experiencing this.

Similar case here. It seems like some developers are getting reviewed within 48 hours or less, but most of us are staying in their backlog for days or even weeks.

I am also experiencing this one like 3-4 days stuck at "Waiting for Review". I already resubmitted and wait another 48 hours and expedited but still no luck. Hopefully, they will going to check on this matter and not just promising to check it.
