DSA trader requirements validating phone
I want to validate an email and phone number for the DSA. I want to do this for the company I work at. Email is not a problem, however validating the phone number is a problem. We want to use the general phone number of the company I work at. The validation by sending a message will not work because the phone number is not a mobile phone and receiving a text message is not possible. Validation by calling the number is also not possible, because a menu is used to choose the right option to get to the correct department. How can I validate a phone number that can't be reached directly? If I need to validate the phone number otherwise. What type of document should I use to prove the number belongs to the company I work at. The company is located in the Netherlands. The document should be provided in English.
