I find myself in the same situation. After two months waiting for a response from apple, asking for the reason for closure and the allegation to the closure of the account. They have replied saying that they reject the allegation, but at this point I still do not know the reason for the closure. I am disappointed with the treatment I received. It can not be possible that overnight they block your account without any reason and there is no way to talk to someone to solve the problem or at least to know the reason for the closure.
