Not to pile on, but seeing the exact same issue... Does anyone have any kind of tips or tricks to resolve this? Is it just broken and we're at the mercy of someone in Apple dev support deciding to glance at this thread?

Facing the exact same issue, but iOS-app on iPad instead of Mac: did anyone find a fix yet?

Also suddenly encountering this issue - also have app extensions in our app... Additional info: users who have had the app previously installed via testflight are updating perfectly fine, it only appears to affect 'fresh' installs.
