There is an update on my case. The newly added builds are not expiring right now but nobody can install them either. They said, there's nothing wrong on my end, the issue is escaleted to senior advisor, they'll provide a resolution.

I'm having the same issue. All of my builds are expiring in 30 minutes without being able to be installed on any device.
