Review completed (and failed! 🤣) overnight. Thanks for the movement.

This is a great post, and it mirrors my experience (first submission, awaiting review since 21 July). All the documentation (including the "Thanks for your submission" email) suggests that a review should be expected in 24-48 hours. A week (or longer, as some posts indicate) without feedback is insensitive to developers (if not outright hostile). Taking a longer to actually review a first-time submission makes sense, but sitting in the queue forever is not acceptable. If 2 days is not a reasonable expectation, please don't tell us it is.
