Hello, Our first iOS app, Kaikōdo: Travel your way (Apple ID: 6798173537, version 1.0), was submitted for review on October 4, 2026 at 15:00 CEST and has been in "Waiting for Review" ever since, with no messages or feedback in App Store Connect. We contacted App Review on October 11 (case ID 102993087879) without a reply, and followed up on the same case today. The submission includes a demo account and reviewer notes. Could someone from App Review take a look, or let us know if anything is missing on our side? Thank you.
