Same issue here on a brand-new app (created 2026-07-06), built via Expo EAS. App: com.bw2rtpwl4h.vocablock — Apple ID 6787957255 — Team BW2RTPWL4H. Internal builds (6–10, v1.0.0) fail to install for all internal testers including the Account Holder: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist." Device log shows POST to testflight.apple.com/v2/accounts//apps/6787957255/builds/221045761/install returning HTTP 404, failureReason "Error Downloading Install Data"; installd never runs. Build is VALID / internalBuildState IN_BETA_TESTING, in an internal group, export compliance + age rating set, Free Apps Agreement Active, .ipa correctly App Store distribution-signed. But a beta review submission via the API returns: HTTP 422 — ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING — "Beta Contract is missing." (error id 9e3db6b2-ebaa-4843-9ce1-4e7220cca5e8) Filed Developer Support case 102936497722 and FB[your-FB-number]. Requesting a Beta Contract reset for this app. Has anyone here had theirs reset yet, and how long did it take?
