Please if you are reading this and are part of the apple review team, please review my subscriptions of my app. How on earth would my app be approved but not the subscriptions??? The app relies on the subscriptions

Hello, I've been trying to enroll into the apple developer program for days now but there seems to be an issue with my billing address. The billing address on the payment page is very much different from the one on my apple id. I've changed my address so many times but it makes no difference. I don't know if this is bug on apple's end but I cant get around it
