Definitely agree with this -- App Store Connect literally tells you that reviews may take up to 48 hours when you submit. They should remove the message or abide by the service level they're promising. It's frustrating every time I see that message because I've had a number of reviews in the last 6 months that have taken more than 48 hours.

I should also note, Transaction.unfinished doesn't appear to have anything in it on app launch when Transaction.updates doesn't emit anything in my case. (Even though I know there are multiple unfinished transactions waiting.)
