@DTS Engineer Here is the FB number: FB24508779 I actually tried to upload yet another app today ready for internal testing. The exact same issue occured. These are the only two apps I have in Testflight, can it be something related to my account? Thanks for looking into it!

Yet another example, a new app for internal testing in TestFlight. Apple support case: 20000145993640 Apple ID: 6800493267 Works perfectly fine when installed via Xcode.
