Within the Pricing and Availability section of the application submission: there are no options available to choose, simply a disabled choice of "Choose." I have tried with multiple browsers and multiple computers. Admin privileges are enabled for my account. I am unable to submit my application for review at this point as I cannot populate this field. Any assistance would be appreciated.
