I'm not sure if it's because I went to update the app and raised the Advanced App Clip Experiences issue with Apple reviewers. But I suggest giving it a try since we don’t have any more options.

I have been using the diagnostic tool to check the status of my App clips, and it still shows that it has not been published in the App store.

How long does it usually take for App clips to take effect, after the full app is released on the App Store? My full app has been available for a day on app store, but the Diagnostics shows that the app clips have not been published on the app store.
