Hello, I am enrolling as an individual. My Apple Account region is Kyrgyzstan, my billing address, payment card and phone number are Kyrgyz. My only government ID is a Russian passport. The Apple Developer app rejects it with “Invalid Submission: ID isn’t accepted for your region”. A second attempt says the enrollment can’t be completed, and the website shows an unknown error. The Identity Verification help page says that an alternative verification method is available by contacting support. My case 102987994990 is open since October 12, but I still don’t have an answer to one question: Can my identity be verified manually with my Russian passport, for example through a secure upload link, for a Kyrgyzstan-region account? If not, which document is required? I see similar unresolved threads: 839579 (Georgia region, Russian passport) and 851390 (Azerbaijan region, Russian passport). A clear answer would help many developers in the same situation. Thank you.
