Same issue here, still unresolved as of Sep 2026 — first-ever submission (WakeUpr, Apple ID 6806372856), approved, has an in-app subscription (RevenueCat/Superwall), stuck at "Ready for Distribution" with the release-type controls (Manual/Automatic/Scheduled) completely greyed out. One detail that might help narrow this down: mine was set to "Automatically release after App Review, no earlier than [date]," and that scheduled date/time silently advances by exactly one hour every time I reload the page — it's done this continuously for two days with the release never actually firing. No error or log anywhere explaining it. Also worth noting for anyone else hitting this: the developer.apple.com/contact form is currently returning a server error (HTTP 500) on every submission attempt, so that channel is a dead end too right now. Emailed Developer Support directly with no response yet either. If anyone found a fix or got Apple to actually intervene, would really appreciate hearing how.
