I'm looking at my proceeds for the period from June 2, 2024 to June 29, 2024 (payout to occur on August 1st) when switching between UTC and PST timezones the difference is drastic - almost $10,000 - is this just an error in reporting?

I have not released and new app version in some time and today I received a message from app store connect titled "Trending User Review Notice" which outlined that some of my reviews have a consistent (negative) theme to them at that I should I address the issues brought up by the users. I did this and submitted a new binary which was approved and made Ready for sale/distribution. This is all well and good but the app still has the banner with the large "Unresolved Issues" notation in app store connect. Is there a way to remove this? Do I just have to wait until the negative reviews stop?
