I did explain, and they came back with a new reason to reject. It said: "What are the main features and functionality of the app? We seem only to be able to set up a timer or start a stopwatch." The app has other features and functions that are easy to find. The app we used as a placeholder while we petitioned for possession of the correct app name was approved. The code we submitted for the new app was identical to the previous one, that was approved under the wrong name.
