I was able to fix this with App Store API Key:
A python script created is needed im not able to upload it here though. You can find it under my GitHub repos: https://github.com/moh1122/AppStore-Connect-ScreenShot-Reset
Create your API key
In App Store Connect:
Open Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API.
If you see Request Access, complete that first using your Account Holder account.
Select Team Keys → Generate API Key.
Name it Screenshot Reset and select App Manager access.
Generate it and download the .p8 file.
Keep the Key ID and Issuer ID shown on that page. Apple Developer Documentation
Keep the .p8 file on your Mac; don’t upload it here. The script below uses it locally.
2. Download and run the inspection script
I prepared asc_screenshot_reset.py. Save it in Downloads, then run these commands in Terminal:
python3 -m venv ~/asc-reset-env
~/asc-reset-env/bin/python -m pip install 'PyJWT[crypto]'
~/asc-reset-env/bin/python ~/Downloads/asc_screenshot_reset.py
It will ask for:
The full path to your downloaded .p8 file.
Your Key ID and Issuer ID.
App’s numeric Apple ID, found under App Information.
Version and language—press Enter to accept the version and en-US.
This first run only lists the screenshots and their processing states.
3. Delete and reupload
Once the listing shows the correct app and version, run:
~/asc-reset-env/bin/python ~/Downloads/asc_screenshot_reset.py --delete
Choose the affected screenshot set’s number, or enter all to remove every screenshot set for the version, English (U.S.), including any iPad sets listed. It shows the selection and asks you to type a confirmation before deleting.
Have your original images ready: the script saves a metadata report, not a backup of the images. After successful deletion, refresh App Store Connect and upload one screenshot first to check whether processing completes.
