Reply to Switch from Individual to Organization Membership
As my AppleCare agent told me, an "undefined" amount of time. I was told these legal entity changes to accounts can take so long, because they are sent to a legal team for review. At some point, you'll receive an email to complete an account transfer agreement. For me personally, for an organization-to-organization transfer, took around 1 month and 1 week before I was able to complete this process.

Reply to Metal rendering only in fully immersive VR?
I had a similar question and asked this during a WWDC Lab. Essentially, the answer was that only applications running in the full space could directly display Metal content. However, RealityKit allows custom materials with Metal, similar to Unity URP, which may suit your needs. While not applicable to this context, you can also indirectly display Metal Content thru ARKit Custom Views, if needed.

The call option only shows during AppleCare's US business hours, from what I know, there might be timezone differences. Would suggest just emailing them and they could schedule a callback.
