In my case I am going from 14.8mb on the local thinning report to 15.6mb in Test Flight/App Store for my App Clip. That is a huge increase given we are limited to 15mb.

I am having the same issue with an App Clip. Are you able to check and post the size of your App Clip? Is it over or under 15mb?
